THE Experience
The exhibition drew visitors through a sequence of evocative environments celebrating the history, artistry, and sensorial depth of Chanel’s perfume heritage. Each room offered distinct atmospheres from theatrical welcomes and performative set pieces to interactive virtual reality experiences that let visitors embody the creation of Chanel No.5. Rather than a standard marketing exhibition, it sought to expand the sensory understanding of fragrance through spatial narrative, performance, interactive elements, and emotional resonance, turning scent into a layered experiential journey.
Format & adaptability
Conceived as a large-scale immersive exhibition format combining scenography, digital environments, performance, and interactive media.
extension & activation
The experience unfolded through a sequence of spatial chapters, allowing the narrative to adapt fluidly to the architecture, circulation, and scale of a landmark exhibition venue.
